The Stamping Process
How does the stamping process work?
Securing your seed phrase involves manual stamping (punching). You will use metal letter punches and a hammer or a tungsten scriber to physically indent your recovery words into the titanium surface, creating a permanent physical
record.
Is it difficult to stamp into titanium?
While Grade 2 Titanium is exceptionally strong, the stamping process is highly manageable with the right tools. Pen scribe or Stamping kits.
What happens if I make a mistake while stamping?
Because the stamping process permanently alters the metal, mistakes cannot be erased or corrected. We strongly advise working in a quiet environment, taking your time, and double-checking each letter against your seed phrase before striking the punch.
