Refund policy
At ZERONE, we stand by the quality of our products and comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Consumer Guarantees
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of any product. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Returns for Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us at contact@zerone.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping for valid claims under the ACL.
3. Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, find the item cheaper elsewhere, or decide you no longer like the product.
