Every Zerone plate is forged from Grade 2 Titanium, a material engineered to endure.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Warranty against
manufacturing defects.
Our titanium plates are built to resist fire up to 1,660°C, withstand corrosion, and
remain unaffected by water or time. If your Zerone plate ever fails due to a material defect under normal use, we will replace it free of charge.

This warranty covers:
Structural integrity of the titanium plate
Defects in material
Degradation of the engraving surface under normal conditions

This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, intentional abuse, or modification
Normal cosmetic wear (minor scratches from handling)
Loss or theft of the product

and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
